Wake up your body and mind with this incredible detoxifying and strengthening workout.

8.15am – Gratitude Journaling

A wonderful manifesting session set to inspiring music. Set up your day, month and year to be the best ever.

8.30am – Breakfast

After yoga you will be ready for our power packed homemade breakfast of seed and nut muesli (other breakfasts available!)

9.15am – Nutrition & Lifestyle Talk

Learn all about food and lifestyle choicesthat cause inflammation and ultimately chronic health conditions. Find out which foods and drinks can heal and repair.

10.30am – Organic Superfood Smoothie

11am – Treatment / Therapy

Time for relaxation with one of our wonderful treatments or therapy session.

12pm – Superfood Preparation Class

Watch and learn as our in-house chef team, prepare the lunch and show you shortcuts to making really tasty and healthy food.

12.30pm – Lunch

Time to enjoy the food that you have been salivating over during the preparation class.

1.15pm – Nature Walk

Time to connect with nature and do a range of breathing exercises to get the digestion and energy flowing.

2pm – Creative Time

Optional post lunch creativity session to show you how to engage the left hand side of your brain for healing, entertainment and out of the box thinking.

3pm – Organic Superfood Smoothie

Cleasning and energising smoothie filled with superfood goodness.

3.30pm – Treatments / Therapy

Enjoy one of the optional treatments from massage, to reiki or hypnotherapy.

4.30pm – Your Time

Read a book, meditate,have a sleep, check emails, make calls, this is your time.

5.30pm – Food Preparation Lesson

Watch and learn how our chef’s put together an incredibly tasty and heart warming supper.

6pm – Supper

6.45pm – Movie Time

Time for entertaining movies all about our health and the planet we live in.

8.15pm – Guided Meditation

Reprogram your mind for an amazing night’s sleep.
